My husband recently saw Daniel in the Branson West. He was very professional and knowledgeable, but also very courteous and easy to talk to. He did a great job finding out what my husband needed to hear better and the tv isnu2019t loud enough for the neighbors to hear any more. Thank you for a pleasant appointment.

Very nice and knowledgeable. The hearing aids I just got are so much better than the ones I got a year ago. I was in my yard and was actually taken back by all of the birds singing and sounds I had been missing. I love them. Very pleased. I was missing a lot, but not anymore.

We were out of town for vacation and forgot my mothers charger to her hearing aids. After calling around we were pleasantly surprised with Megan at sound advice offering to let us borrow a charger. We came in the same day and the doctor and Megan were exceptional. My mother and I were close to tears, we had prayed and God had them come through for us. The charger ended up not working but they were sincere and cared for my mom like she was their patient. We dropped the charger off with a gift card for them and hope they know that we canu2019t thank them enough.

Iu2019ve had hearing aids from Sound Advice for several years now and Dr Britton and Kim have been very good to me whenever Iu2019ve needed them. I recently needed to have one sent in for a repair and they gave me a u201cloaneru201d pair to get me by while we are moving out of state so I can still hear whatu2019s going on around me. As if moving isnu2019t stressful enough not being able to hear makes it even worse! They definitely have given superior service over the years. I highly recommend Sound Advice Hearing.

Was in the West Branson area for a few days on vacation, when I had a problem with my hearing aids. I called Sound Advice with just 30 minutes left in their workday and they told me to come on in. They said they would be willing to stay late to make sure I was taken care of and solve my issue. They were extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Did I mention that I was not even their patient? I didnu2019t even live in the area. I can only imagine how well they treat their patients if they worked so hard to take care of a stranger. Thanks for saving our vacation, Sound Advice!

Very thorough examination. Audiologist is very experienced. I had a variety of hearing aids to chose from and was able to select state-of-the-art pieces that will only serve to enhance my daily activities.

I've used Sound Advice for almost six years now. My initial testing and fitting in 2016 went very well and I was very comfortable with the staff and doctor. The wear, adjust and get familiar with before you buy is also a huge plus in my opinion. I wore my first pair of hearing aides for five years. They did a good job, would I rather not need them, yes; but that is not an option so they served me well for five plus years. I scheduled a hearing test at the Branson West Sound Advice clinic about six weeks ago, just to see if anything had changed with my hearing. Thankfully, I was at about the same level as five plus years earlier. But when I asked about changes in the newer hearing aides I discovered that there have been big changes. Rechargeable batteries, support of two chips rather than just one which allows many extra options in hearing settings. Adjusting background noises, directional hearing, tv setting and many many more. Would I still rather not have hearing aides? yes, but again, not an option. The new hearing aides are head and shoulders better than my almost six year old pair. Quality of hearing is much, much better due to so many more adjustment options. If you are a first time looker or a someone interested in a new pair, go see Sound Advice, they treat you right, they know hearing aides and they will listen to you when it comes to setting and adjusting them. I don't think that you can beat the service or the product. And you won't pay for them if they can't make them work for you. You have nothing to loose.

I have enjoyed the service and expert advice of Sound Advice before and after purchase of my Signia hearing aids. I had other brands of lesser quality with limited service and vague answers to my questions about options available on the hearing aids.
